Who I am

This website is run by CHRIS-ALBERTO WEB DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, based in the Philippines. For anything about your personal data, email [email protected].

What I collect and why

  • Contact form: your name, email address, what you are interested in, your website address (for audits and maintenance), the page you came from and your message — used only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract / legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
  • Analytics (only with your consent where the law requires it): pages viewed, how far articles are read, which services and options are clicked, and which site or campaign sent you. Legal basis: consent.
  • Your cookie choice itself, recorded anonymously (a random ID, your choices and the date — no IP address) so I can show that consent was given. Legal basis: legal obligation.

How long I keep it

  • Enquiries saved from the contact form: 12 months, then deleted automatically (emails in my inbox follow the same rule).
  • Cookie-choice records: 12 months.
  • Google Analytics data: 14 months.

Who else receives data

Google (Google Analytics) processes analytics data, which may be transferred outside your country, including to the United States, under Google’s standard contractual clauses. My hosting provider (IONOS) stores the website and form submissions. I never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines, or to the data-protection authority where you live (for example the ICO in the UK).
